We've scored 5 goals so far this season in the league.

That's half the digits on one of your hands, Swindon.

No Vexed, I thought we looked better than we have done without being brilliant especially with Kehrer at Right Back, Dawson being back and Bowen looking more like his old self again.

There were some positives although still work to be done.

You said before the game there was almost no chance we would win so the fact that we did must mean we did really well in exceeding your expectations Vexed so you must be happy.

Based on the one game you've ever seen him play. I'd have brought him on yesterday, there's no way he's going to start but if Moyes insists on being negative then that could have been an option.

Swindon helmet genuinely seems to think we were good yesterday. Frightening really. Almost as frightening as the prospect of having to live in fucking Swindon I reckon.

him having a good game is putting his boots on the correct feet, downes is a far better option

Soucek almost universally regarded as having a good game yesterday - mugged you two right off.

No need to bring your missus into it Takashi son, 'she' can't help it.

“Eeyore” ? One of my heroes. I model myself on him ;-)

Along with “Marvin the Paranoid Android” , Stan Ogden, Blakey, Debbie Downer. Just a few of my favourite miseries. Supporting West Ham has made me appreciate them. As me old grandad warned us about West Ham, “don’t get yer hopes us”, “expect the worst and anything else is a bonus”. And he’d been supporting them almost back to their Thames Ironworks days.

Good result, improved performance from Soucek and Bowen, Scamacca but underlying issues relating to tactics, systems, selections still to be addressed.

Vexed,

talking about Eeyore, weren’t you the one that was bitching before the match yesterday that there was next to no chance we would win?

Shows how much you know doesn’t it?

Mind you that shouldn’t come as a shock to any of us who had to listen to you preaching for over a year about how shit Declan Rice was and how he would never be a decent player.

Still the most dumbest take ever given on this site.

We had 39% possession yesterday, against Wolves at home. That is nearly as embarrassing as Swindon's posts. If they had a striker worth a rub of salt, we'd have been on the end of another defeat yesterday.

I thought we was changing to a possession based team, hence spending £50mil on a ball'er? Was there any point in signing him if we're going to sail the ball over his head at every opportunity?

I've not got a massive problem with us being a long ball team, but why waste big money on players who it doesn't suit? And also, let's all just at least acknowledge that's exactly what we are going to be. It was an Allardyce masterclass yesterday.

Was it the passing stats you were impressed with yesterday, son?

79.5% pass completion rate from a central midfielder. Mind you, that's a big improvement on the Everton & Chelsea games, where he was at 75%

You can shut up too Swindon, you're probably the biggest fucking idiot on here. Yesterday was another shit performance, only slightly less shit than every other game this season. Idiots are now creaming themselves thinking we're decent again but in reality we won't play a worse side than wolves yesterday, they were terrible. Moyes hasn't a clue, even at two nil up he managed to o make shit negative subs. I still expect him to be binned off before Christmas.

No Eerie you are a negative fuck who complains about everything, win, lose or draw.

Oh and yes you do constantly focus on the “lucky win” at Villa every time you run through our results this season even though Villa themselves didn’t create many clear cut chances either. We created far more chances against Forest than Villa did against us but yet according to Mr Doom & Gloom we were lucky against Villa and deserved to lose against Forest. Funny that!

The only thing embarrassing Eerie is someone wanting their own team to lose just so they can have a bitch and say they were right.

Didn’t work out for you yesterday did it Eerie son.

I’m sure you will be putting all your hopes into a defeat on Thursday so you can bitch again.

Mr Doom & Gloom or should I say Eeyore.

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Wolves - Official Match Thread - Preview
I mentioned the lucky win, because the manager seems to think we've been unlucky, as you do. We've not.

Chelsea should have been a point because of the disallowed goal, but we were fucking shit for most of the game, 10 men behind the ball against a team in terrible form. Forest wasn't unlucky, we didn't play well enough against one of the worst teams in the league.

Your football chat is embarrassing. You other nothing insightful whatsoever, you just come on here calling people out for saying we're not very good. Have a look at the league table. We aren't very good, and should be doing much better, both points wise and performances.

You don't go to games, and you're from Swindon. Stop trying to tell everyone how they should think about West Ham. You come across as a proper desperate cunt, son.

You keep mentioning this “lucky win” at Villa Eerie yet choose not to equally focus on the unlucky defeats at Chelsea & Forest. Funny that.

No surprise from Mr Doom & Gloom though.

We win yesterday and instead of focusing on or at least mentioning a decent win, Scamacca’s great goal, Bowen’s good performance etc you just made a sarcastic comment about Hoofball, how poor Wolves were and the need for a better performance against Fulham.

You were disappointed we won.

Mr Doom & Gloom.

Yesterdays win was deserved but we still didn't play well or look like we would play well. We sit back and wait until the opposition take the game to us then strike on the break. I don't think dithering has a plan B.

We will win a few games this season playing this way but it is not pulse racing football. It's fucking boring and won't change all the time Moyes is at the helm. Time he went c'mon owners, get shot of him and get Ponch in.

No. You're the only one who knows anything about the game.

Talk us through how you spend £180mil on players, 3rd highest spenders on the planet, and only manage 5 goals and 7 points in 8 games, and play most really boring football that Sam Allardyce would be proud of?
